Before Requesting a Refund

We ask that before you request your refund, please make sure you followed our directions and these simple steps.

1. Shake Well

Shake the bottle well to mix the ingredients before each use.  If you are using the product for a while, you should also shake the bottle during usage to keep the ingredients mixed. Shake before every use! 

2. Thoroughness is Key

You can spray PremoGuard Bed Bug or Mite Sprays anywhere (except food surfaces or directly on people and pets) that you think bed bugs and mites can hide. Missing an area could mean that the infestation continues. A mist works better than a saturation as well.  For Premo Pet Protector and Poultry Sprays you can spray directly on the animals for best results, and also around their living areas (remove food first)

3. Spray Daily

Our most successful customers spray daily until they do not see any more bugs, or feel any more bites at night.  Many of our customers continue to spray once or twice a week for a few more weeks thereafter just to be sure a spot was not missed (as in #2).

If you request a refund and have not used our product, (or sometimes even if you have) we will often ask you to return the unused bottles (or sometimes the used bottles). This will be at our discretion on a case by case basis. If this is the case, we will via email or text send you the address to return our product to.
