It works great with borax! For bugs scabies bedbugs etc...it will work. If need be dry all clothes in bag first if not wash all in hot water only n lots of borax. Wash laundry in front load washers only. Top loaders do nothing n don't clean as well. For bad infected clothes put small loads n use borax half box or full box. Get em..IT works!
