I've followed instructions but it's not working. I've sprayed everything. I raised my mattress and sprayed until it was covered with premo guard but I think they have become ammuined to it. Please help. I've even tried other products but nothing is working. My bedroom is the only place I have them. I'm disappointed because your product has always worked before...

Sales person Randy helped me. He was knowledgeable I ordered one (1) gal. of the Bug spray and one (10 gal .of the Laundry Additive The directions for the Bug spray was not very informative. I had to call Randy back and ask questions about the nozzle and what precautions I had to take ie. Mask, Clothing and how long should i have to stay out of the area after i sprayed a room. I have been fighting unidentified mites for 4 winters. Summer they seem to vanish. I have contacted exterminators that will not come unless we can identify what they will be spraying for. They bite only me. I relate it to a bout my dog had with fleas years ago.Prior to this year I was buying flea sprays that helped but not adequately.
